REF: DCL/011 SITE SUPERINTENDENT

Qualification: Minimum of B.Sc/B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
 
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas surface facilities as a Piping, Mechanical, Construction or Project Site Supervisor.
Acquaintance with international standards: API, ASTM, ASME, BS, ISO.
Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and HSE - work permit system, risk assessment, safety talks, incident analysis etc
Good knowledge of inspection and control dimension of structure steel, piping, equipment and supports during fabrication and installation.
Ability to implement schedule, execute, project procedure and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, comply to quality standard in accordance with the project schedules
Ability to supervise and control the resources of piping/structural fabrication, inspection, testing, installation and commissioning.
Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Contractors personnel and to provide positive input to methods and solutions for improvement

REF: DCL/012 SITE SUPERVISOR – CIVIL
Qualification: Minimum of B.Sc/B.Eng in Civil or Building Engineering or its equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas environment as a Site Supervisor.
Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and HSE - work permit system, safety talks, incident analysis etc
Implement schedule, execute, project procedure and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, comply to quality standard in accordance with the project schedules
Supervision and control/monitors of contractors work execution to ensure compliance with scope, design, specifications, drawings, quality and planning.
Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Contractors personnel and to provide
positive input to methods and solutions for improvement

REF: DCL/013 SITE SUPERVISOR – E & I
Qualification: Minimum of B.Sc/B.Eng in Electrical
Engineering, Instrumentation or its equivalent.
 
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas surface facilities as a Construction or Project or Site Supervisor.
Good knowledge of HSE - work permit system, risk assessment, safety talks, incident analysis, etc
Acquaintance with international standards: IEC, API, BS, IEEE, IP Codes, NEC, NACE, ISO etc.
Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and review of Engineering documentation.
Ability to inspect, regulate, control and document and procured E & I /systems materials and equipment.

REF: DCL/014 CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Qualification: Minimum of B.Sc/B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
 
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas surface facilities as a Piping, Mechanical, Construction or Project Engineer.
Acquaintance with international standards: API, ASTM, ASME, BS, ISO.
Good knowledge in technical-commercial aspects of tendering and contracting
Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and HSE - work permit system, risk assessment, incident analysis
etc
Ability to implement schedule, execute, project procedure and ensure that all deliverables are completed on
time and comply with quality standard in accordance with the project schedules.
Experience in reviewing construction design, procedures and project documents.
Experience in follow-up of material procurement and preparing construction cost estimate for projects.
Ability to supervise site installation works and review all as-built documents.
Good knowledge of inspection and control dimension of structure steel, piping, equipment and supports
during fabrication and installation.

REF: DCL/015 CIVIL ENGINEER
Qualification: Minimum of B.Sc/B.Eng in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
 
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas environment as a Civil Engineer.
Acquaintance with international standards & codes: ASTM, ACI, British/Euro Standards (BS/EN), AASHTO etc.
Good knowledge of QA/QC and HSE - work permit system, risk assessment, safety talks, incident analysis etc
Good knowledge of technical & commercial dossiers for tendering and contracting.
Ability to implement schedule, execute, project procedure and ensure that all deliverables are completed on
time, comply to quality standard in accordance with the project schedules
Ability to perform Civil and Structural analysis/design and technical review of Civil/Structural deliverables.

REF: DCL/016 MATERIAL CONTROLLER
Qualification: Minimum of B.Sc/B.Eng in Science or Engineering or its equivalent
 
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas environment as a Material Controller.
Ability to use SAP efficiently.
Good knowledge of stock management system
Ability to ensure that any applicable safety rules are fully implemented by the staff involved, especially
regarding hazardous goods, and that the equipment preservation procedure is properly and duly
implemented throughout the duration of the contract

REF: DCL/017 SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER
Qualification: Minimum of B.Sc/B.Eng in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or its equivalent.
 
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in an Engineering Organization in a similar design position.
Good knowledge of HSE - work permit system, safety talks, incident analysis etc,
QA/QC documentation and review of Engineering documentation.
Acquaintance with international standard codes: IEC, API, BS, IEEE, IP Codes, NEC, NACE, ISO etc.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant Engineering design software is an advantage.
Ability to develop design of integrated Instrumentation systems including Process Control and Shutdown
systems.
