The Project Manager will report to the CEO and will be responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
A minimum of 8-10 years in real estate construction with a Bachelor's degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying or any related field of study. A postgraduate degree in construction management and hands on experience as a project manager is an added advantage.

The Architect will be responsible for preparing project drawings & designs, structure, materials and colour specifications as well as construction time, Planning layout of projects, preparation of scale drawings and regularly conducting on-site observation of work during construction to ensure conformity with drawings,
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Must possess a minimum of 5 years in real estate construction with a Bachelor's Degree/HND in Architecture
Must be well versed in the use of Autocad and Archi CAD Software
Ability to visualise and create new ideas/concepts
Ability to plan and organise a team effort
