    Training Executive

    Job Description

    • Oversee training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos and more
    • Conduct training needs analysis by meeting with managers, employees or administering surveys.
    • Review and update existing training materials where necessary
    • Create or modify course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
    • Present in-class and online training sessions
    • Schedule training sessions and manage course enrollment formalities
    • Work with clients to address learning issues, instruction problems or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
    • Manage training budgets
    • Keep abreast of current trends and best practices in the etiquette and training industry
    • Manage and coordinate in-house and external training programs
    • Maintain all training records to include staff competencies
    • Prepare and maintain the training plan/calendar
    • Supervise and monitor feedbacks on training programs

    Job Requirements

    • A Degree in any Social Science course from an accredited university.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
    • Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness
    • Ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner
    • Ability to work well under stress and time pressures
    • Proven work experience as a trainer, training facilitator or coordinator of multiple training events – experience in etiquette training will be an added advantage
    • Familiarity with modern training methods and techniques
    • Must possess excellent project management with team lead abilities.
    • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships.
    • Must be approachable and socially adept
    • Must be a self-starter and possess a sense of ownership
    • Must possess negotiation, team building and excellent presentation skills
    • IT Proficiency
    • A Masters' Degree in a related field would be an added advantage.
