Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Economic, Marketing or any of the social sciences)
With at least 3 year experience as Sales Manager in consumer goods or pharmaceutical company preferable from reputable FMCG company
Good communication and negotiation skill
Proactive, like challenges
Can work under pressure
Good networking with any wholesaler/store and distributor
Hold car driving license
Max 35 years old
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly target National Sales Performance.
Responsible to develop and achieve annual sales target.
Responsible for monitor data such as market share, competitor's activities and sales.
Travel at regular interval for direct sales monitoring with sales force, distributor and outlets.
Responsible for achieve and updating rolling forecast every month, considering sales / stock report and sales target.
Achieve target Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and P/L (Profit and Lost) distributor.
Respond and report to Head of Sales & Distribution Manager
