Qualifications/Skills

secretarial studies with 3-5 years working experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Computer literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
Pleasant personality and approachable mannerisms
Ability to use IBM typewriter when occasion demands
Not more than 33 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
i) Preparation of periodic financial reports
ii) Implementing effective internal financial controls to mitigate financial and operational risks
iii) Ensure that there is a strong control environment over costs, working capital levels and protection of company assets
iv) Analyse business performance and provide recommendations for profit maximization and improvement in asset
utilization.

Qualifications/Skills
Minimum of BSc/HND in Accounting
Chartered/cost management accountant
Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts and previous experience of working with ERP systems is desirable
Minimum of 5 years working experience as Head of Accounts.
Proficiency in excel
Good oral English and written communication.
