Procurement Officers at a Real Estate Firm - Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL)

Job Objective:  To procure materials and supply for use on Project Site 

Education: B.Sc/HND

Experience:

• Vast Knowledge in real estate
• Has a structured pre-existing relationship with suppliers for construction materials
• Must have work in real estate for a minimum of 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures that materials needed on site are readily available as at when needed.
• Plan and strategize for supplies that will be needed for projects.
• Must work with project engineers on their request of supplies.
• Manage and prepare LPOs and payment for suppliers.
• Negotiate prices on behalf of the company with the suppliers.
• Forecast upcoming demand for projects.
