    Experienced Sales Executive

     

    Status: Permanent Full-Time
    Reports to: Business Manager
    Job Grade: 8
    Department: Sales/Marketing

    Job Summary

    • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
    • Establish new business Strategy
    • Negotiate contracts.
    • Analyze the territory/ market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
    • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
    • Expedites the resolution of customer problem problems and complaints.
    • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
    • Research sources for developing prospective customers and information to determine their potential.
    • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.
    • Meet agreed sales targets and contribute significantly to revenue generation strategies/initiatives of the organization.

    Job Specification
    Knowledge:

    • Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about company products and markets.
    • &Knowledge of planning, analyzing, and reporting of the markets.
    • Good business ethics
    • Experience in the use of PCs.
    • The resilience to deal with customers who turn you down
    • Understanding of the long term goals of work unit and an appreciation of the goals of the company

    Attitude:

    • Conscientiousness
    • Result orientation
    • Self-Motivation
    • Openness to ideas

    Experience:

    • You must have experience in Sales of medical/ Pharmaceutical or 3years general sales experience
    • Qualifications or Entry Level in the related field below.
    • HND/Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Physics, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or any Related Field.
