    Analyst, Application Development (Integration, Analytics and Reporting)

    JOB OBJECTIVE(S)
    To assist in detailed design, programming, testing and roll-out tasks for application development projects, along with providing production application support

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Contribute to planning, coordinating and supervising all activities related to the design, development and implementation of the systems and software applications
    • Contribute to planning the introduction of new application systems
    •  Assist in developing high-level designs of systems
    •  Perform coding duties according to the functional and technical specifications in order to solve a business problem
    • Actively participate in program unit testing, integration and system testing to ensure they meet quality standards
    •  Peer review solutions developed by fellow developers
    •  Assist in maintaining , supporting and upgrading existing  IT systems and applications
    •  Assist in designing, coding, testing and documenting  web application software
    •  Participate in the customisation of application packages
    •  Review technical constraints and performance issues of solutions

    Oracle ERP Functional Support Analysts

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Participate actively in rolling out new system functionalities that are required to promote more efficiency and control on the implemented systems.
    • Identify process changes or configuration changes that could improve how the system supports the business.
    • Work closely with users and other team members to address system enhancements and process issues.
    • Provide immediate responses to end-user requests for business process help, basic system navigation questions, and other "how to" or "I can't get it to work" issues.
    • Monitor proper usage of the system through the service desk by tracking the logged complaints by each business user.
    • Manage workload appropriately and ensure timely completion of tasks in line with requirements.
    • Assist to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day issues, execute corrective action when necessary.
    • Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.
    • Support administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users.
    • Collaborate with ERP System Analyst, ERP Specialist and IT Quality Assurance to test ERP modules prior to deployment.
    • Identify and record systems issues in conjunction with ERP Systems Analyst.
    • Ensure ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements.
    • Monitor and identify problems in any of ERP system every day.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and consistent and timely follow up.
    • Monitor and respond to phone, email, chat or web cases for new and existing customers.
    • Identify, recreate, research, prioritize and resolve product issues; documenting knowledge gained.

    Education

    • Possession of a project management certification or Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) qualification will be an advantage.

    Experience
    Previous experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.

    Analyst, System Admin

    JOB OBJECTIVE(S)
    Provide technical expertise in the areas of application operations
    Contribute to maintenance and operational support of the applications and  processing according to the strategic guidelines, technology processes, and needs in all areas, in order to keep running the services provided by IT and in accordance with the institutional objectives

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist with development and configuration of infrastructure from conceptualization through stabilization
    • Assist with management, configuration and systems administration of systems, storage, servers, operating systems and computing platforms in all environments (production, test, QA, development, etc.)
    • Assist in determining appropriate server size and configuration for business applications (this is done in conjunction with the application development team)
    • Perform system maintenance  and  support of the operating systems
    • Perform hardware configuration and administration, event, fault and performance management
    • Work with team lead to provide support to all environments (production, test, QA, development, etc.)
    • Fulfill service requests and perform routine maintenance and support activities
    • Work with team lead to perform backup and recovery activities of information and computer services, in order to guarantee the operations in case of disaster
    • Proactively monitor CPU activity, memory usage, disk I/O and disk usage and provide warnings when these reach critical thresholds
    •  Administer web servers for Internet, Intranet and Extranet
