Technical Manager with specialization in installation and implementation of Avaya Aura Contact Center.
This person must have worked with this Technology for 7 years, preferable in India.
Immediate employment and willing to join in 3 - 4 weeks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Must have competence to install and implement Avaya Aura Solution components.
- Use virtualization capabilities of system platform
- Understand the major step forward in the deployment of real time collaboration with the inetgration of VMware virtualized server architecture.
- Upgrade, integrate and collaborate between communication architecture in an organization.
- Develop annual sale plan in support of organizational strategy and objective
- Direct, implement and execute sales policy and practices.
- Ensure sales plan/ objectives meet organizational expenditure requirements,
- Drive sales strategy for improvement based on mattet researching and competitor analyses and manage multiple channel sales team.
- Develop and maintain profitable relationship with original equipment manufacturers (OEM).
- Develop annual sale plan in support of organizational strategy and objective
