    B2B Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target
    • Maintain sales volume by keeping current supply and demand or changing trends
    • Drive sales of C02 (carbon dioxide) through B2B networking
    • Manage sales team by allocating sales targets, motivating and training the team
    • Report on competitors activities within the region
    • Implement sales program by developing field sales action plan
    • Expand the company's customer base and meet revenue growth targets by maintaining a competitive and innovative advantage.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc. Business administration or related field
    • 5 - 8 Years experience in the manufacturing industry
    • Proficient with MS packages
    • Must have data analysis and reporting skills
    • Ability to convert cold calls to meaningful sales
