    HVAC Specialist

    Role Specific Requirements
    Checking of design of M&E systems including, drawings, calculations, installation method statements, site work and material delivery, testing & commissioning, and product specifications covering:

    • Building power supply,
    • Water services
    • Heating and Ventilation Systems
    • Lighting design
    • Fire Alarms and systems
    • Mobile Overhead crane systems.

    Ensure that all building services meet health and safety requirements and environmental legislation:

    • Support operations carrying out tests on systems and making changes to plans where necessary.
    • Liaising with operations to ensure constructability of solutions.
    • Liaising with clients to ensure functionality meets client specifications and needs. Supporting the project where there are gaps in these to resolve.
    • Support production of standard technical specifications based on IEC and British Standards.
    • Participate in meetings as required.
    • Ensure quality assurance system compliance and conduct periodic reviews.

    Essential Skills /Qualifications

    • Formal engineering qualification from further education
    • Experience in engineering delivery in a regulated and high safety critical sector
    • Good Interpersonal Skills
    • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
    • Experienced leading technical teams

    Desirable

    • Membership to an engineering institution
    • Experience in T&D sector
    • 10 -15 Years minimum experience

    Job Description
    Job Brief:

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct detailed market research to identify the needs of target customers and the selling possibility.
    • Build a feasible marketing strategy
    • Look out for new selling opportunities like; one of one sale, social media platforms, seminars etc.
    • Create and sustain cordial relationship with potential clients, by paying attention to their needs and complains
    • Prepare and deliver presentations with detailed information on products and services.
    • Ensure up-to-date report on sales and financial data
    • Ensure availability and prompt delivery of products
    • Representation of the organization at exhibitions and conferences
    • Productive negotiation and resourcefully attending to the complains of clients.

    Educational Qualification

    • B.Sc qualification.

    Qualification:

    • Proven experience as Sales Executive.
    • Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office.
    • Detailed understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
    • Self-motivating and result Oriented.
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
    • Must be willing to relocate.
