JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate should have experience in the management of social-media marketing platforms and the developing campaings to promote products, service or idea. He or she must be able to work with little or no supervision and must be highly organized and capable of working well with varid levels of stakeholders.

He or she will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns by:

• liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio;
• organising photo shoots;
• arranging the effective distribution of products;
• maintaining and updating customer databases;
• organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
• contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
• managing budgets;
• evaluating marketing campaigns;
• monitoring competitor activity
• manage relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, community leaders and Farmers
• Keeping sales records up to date

Person Specifications/ Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a top tier University, or relevant experience
• 2+ years of work experience,
