The job holder will be responsible for maintaining MD diaries, arranging appointments, organising meetings, taking minutes, preparing letters, presentation and reports etc
Applicants should be/have:
- First degree in Linguistics, Secretariat/office Mgt, Business Admin etc from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2 years secretarial or Personal assistance work experience
- Ability to multitask with strong organisational skills
- Good communication skills.
- Secretarial skills
