The Identity Technology and Economic preparation (ITE) scheme is adequately planned and structured to reinvigorate and promote cultural belief and identity among students, to facilitate the much desired economic growth in Nigeria and Africa.
Candidates must be intelligent and qualified teachers with at least five (5) years of experience in the teaching profession, to develop educational courses for their distant learning anti-poverty educational training programme, which is structured to help prepare students for future economic contributions.
Job description
To help develop new educational courses in line with the idea of the programme
To help structure a time table for the educational courses, considering the national educational time schedule
To generate syllabus and course handouts for educational courses
To conceptualize on how to synchronize the curriculum with the basic national syllabus
Identifies, selects, and modifies instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
Assist in assessing changing curricular needs and offer plans for improvement.
Requirements
Applicants for this position must possess the following:
Minimum of NCE/ B.Ed/BSc.Ed / HND in a related field of history, literature, social studies, languages, technological courses, ICT, home economics, commerce or economics.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the above fields will be an added advantage.
Masters degree in education will be an added advantage.
The candidate must be vast in the current use of English language, teaching skills and curriculum development skills.
