A vibrant and fast growing manufacturing multi-national is requiring the services of a highly skilled LOGISTICS OFFICER.
To ensure and aid the implementation of smooth flowing logistics process in achieving a timely and accurate product and service delivery.
Establishes a robust and transparent procurement process using best and standard practices.
Qualify and schedule LPO to local suppliers.
Execute all necessary documentation for overseas transactions
Keep records and track all orders issued to local suppliers for effective and efficient delivery systems.
liaise with store on stock levels reports for prompt intervention planning.
Keep all records as it relates to all clearing activities.
Bsc. / HND degree in Accounting or related fields
Export and Import clearing experience
3 years import clearing experience
Good working knowledge of Excel. Word and any Inventory package
Sound numeracy skills
Very good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Export experience within parts of Africa
