    Sales Executives Distillery

     

     SUMMARY:  The sales executive would be engaged to perform various jobs as found in most FMCG and business to Consumer industry.  He / She would be responsible to executive and promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits for the company. Engage manual proficiency in performing physical tasks.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Shapes business by identifying and marketing prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
    • Enhances accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
    • Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop new accounts
    • Classifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and appraising their position in the distillery industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
    • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
    • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
    • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
    • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    QUALIFICATION  AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of B.Sc/HND  preferable
    • 4-5 years’ experience in a production/FMCG Company with high volume factory

    Lorry Driver

     

     SUMMARY:  The Driver  would be engaged to perform various  driver’s task  as found in most FMCG and business to Consumer industry.  He   would be responsible to report to the Officer In charge of Transport.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Distribution of consumables to product distributors
    • Carrying out routine checks on the vehicle’s cooling, oil, electrical, tire pressure and brake systems;
    • Detecting and reporting malfunctioning of the vehicle systems;
    • Effective usage and good care of the fuel card;
    • Maintaining the work tickets for vehicles assigned;
    • Driving the vehicle as authorized;
    • Taking initiative for safety of the vehicle and safety of passengers and/or goods therein;
    • Maintaining vehicle and ensuring that it is in clean condition;
    • Monitoring deadlines for vehicle insurance;
    • Reporting of accidents and theft cases promptly; and Verifying and monitoring repair works.

    QUALIFICATION  AND EXPERIENCE

    •  Current driving license.
    •  Passed suitability test for drivers;
    •  Five (5) years previous satisfactory driving experience after obtaining the driving license.
    •  Accident free records within the last four (4) years;
    •  Demonstrate high level of discipline and have an accident free record within the last four (4) years;
    • Good medical   fitness Certificate lasting not less than one (1) week at any recognized hospital  will have an added advantage.
