    Procurement Officer

    Job Purpose:
    To ensure that all items procured locally conforms to the requirement(s) specified in the requisition form based on best market practices and quality in accordance with procurement practices.

    Job Description:

    •  Equipment & Tools Purchase
    •  Managing the procurement department
    •  Sourcing direct and indirect buys
    •  Coordinating and expediting purchases
    •  Developing collaborative relationship with direct purchase
    •  Issuing purchase orders using SAGE.

    Experience, Competencies, and Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any relevant Management course or equivalent   experience.
    •  A minimum of 3 years experience.
    •  Familiarity with SAGE software is compulsory.
    • Purchasing & Supply Professional affiliations and  qualifications would be a plus.
