    Office Administrator

     

    Basic requirements:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a reputable institution;
    • Minimum 5 – 7 years of relevant office management and administrative experience in a structured environment;
    • Knowledge and understanding of laws regarding real estate and investment is considered a plus.
    • Budgeting skills, procurement skills and excellent data compilation / reporting skills

    Some of the responsibilities will include:

    • Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to the Country Head, Nigeria in a well-organized and timely manner; covering but not limited to; diary management, travel, hotel arrangements and logistics;
    • Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement as well as arranging for necessary repairs;
    • Managing filing systems to include developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;
    • Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
    • Petty cash management and administration;
    • Managing all support staff including but not limited to drivers, cleaners and dispatch riders

    Sales Manager

     

    Basic requirements:

    • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in sales and marketing
    • Possess strong people management, leadership, analytical, verbal and written skills
    • Knowledge and understanding of laws regarding real estate and investment is considered a plus

    Some of the responsibilities will include:

    • Liaise with the client’s management in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, setting targets, delegating work, motivating and coaching the sales team
    • Drive sales of serviced land plots and top structures for residential and commercial use
    • Establish sales strategies and objectives towards achieving annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products
    • Maintain sales volumes, product mix, and selling price data by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
    • Provide input into the process of establishing and adjusting sales prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
    • Design and execute innovative sales drives and shaping products to appeal to the market and perform ahead of competition

    Senior Project Manager

     

    Basic requirements:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Building Sciences, Engineering or other relevant Natural Science degree from a reputable institution;
    • Project Management qualification is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 7-10 years relevant professional experience in Project Management, covering urban sector development issues, or related area as well as project administration for large projects
    • Knowledge and understanding of laws regarding real estate and investment is considered a plus.

    Some of the responsibilities will include:

    • Working closely with the Country Head, Deputy CEO, Senior Development Manager, Chief Operating Officer to ensure the scope and direction of each project are on schedule, taking into account the impact of these projects on the environment, identifying problem areas and recommending and executing solutions
    • Providing core real estate management capability within the Client’s Nigerian portfolio and retain primary responsibility for driving project planning and execution on a day-to-day task-oriented basis, and also define and implement urban management framework and environmental management plan.
    • Anchoring the process of planning and project management for the projects in Nigeria, ensuring the integrity of the master plan is maintained and, by proactively interfacing with the Development function, will ensure that market needs are planned for, the master plan retains relevance and that the environmental aspects of the site are enhanced.
    • Achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements and implementing change
    • Managing contract costs as well as the tender and procurement policies, monitoring contractors and sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained and work is carried out according to plan;

    Project Analyst

     

    Basic requirements:

    •  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a reputable institution;
    • Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant project administration experience, in a structured environment;
    • Experience in real estate or construction industry highly desirable.

    Some of the responsibilities will include:

    • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Management and country team on project acquisition responsibilities, overall project coordination, implementation and management
    • Provide comprehensive support to the project and country team in areas of project/process documentation, liaison within procurement and other functions and project tracking and monitoring
    • Assist with the supplier selection, procurement, contractual and delivery processes;
    • Provide project milestone tracking, progress reporting, change control, risk and uncertainty management and budget monitoring according to the specific work plans
    • Provide helpdesk liaison, tracking and escalation support to assigned project inquiries from project policymakers, stakeholders, partners and internal client’s staff to allow harmonious/progressive project processes;

    Financial Controller

     

    Details:

    Basic requirements:

    • Chartered Accountant minimum with 8 – 10 years handson experience
    • Big 4 accounting training/experience . Foreign degree required.
    • Real Estate Investment experience preferential
    • Good understanding of IFRS and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (complex formulae, sensitivity analysis etc.)
    • Excellent communication skills required for international Group and remote correspondence with finance team

    Some of the responsibilities will include:

    • Preparation, oversight and review of all statutory financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with IFRS
    • Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and investigation of variances
    • Responsibility for liaison with Auditors and audit planning and deliverables
    • Overall management responsibility for project financial accounting teams
    • Management of Cash flows and Nigerian Treasury
