    Executive Assistant

    Job Description
    A world leader in the pharmaceutical company is actively looking for the ideal candidate to fill the position of anExecutive Assistant to be based in Lagos, Nigeria. This client has the ability and reputation for being able to attract and retain the very best talent on the market, so competition for this opportunity will be high.

    Key Aspects Of The Role Include

    • Arranging travel and accommodation, managing meetings and calendar, and arranging teleconferences of Country Manager
    • Supporting Head Office Management team by organizing internal meetings, liaising with external support providers & distributors, and internal supply chain
    • Managing the local office; collecting, preparing and organizing all relevant information for accounting entries
    • Providing administrative report for Product Managers and National Marketing Manager in the preparation of promotional campaigns

    Required Qualifications
    To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Candidate should have an interest in marketing
    • At least 3-5 years experience in a similar job
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills (face to face and over the phone) with Senior Company Personnel, and strong customer focus
    • High proficiency with MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel

    Regional Sales Manager - East

    Job description
    A multinational company is actively recruiting for Regional Sales Manager EAST in Nigeria. This role is based in Nigeria. This client has the ability and reputation for being able to attract and retain the very best talent on the market, so competition for this opportunity will be high.

    The Main Responsibilities Will Include

    • Developing and deploying a strategic regional plan, in line with the national business plan to ensure the delivery of significant results
    • Through guidance and recognition, leading a high performance sales team
    • Assessing business accounts and stakeholders; Responsible for accurate forecasting
    • Maximizing customer equity and responding to customer needs by offering solutions
    • Ensuring compliance, reporting complaints as per PV guidelines

    Required Qualifications
    To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree an advantage
    • Candidates based in Nigeria
    • At least 5 years of experience within pharmaceutical industry; at least 3 years in regional sales role
    • Experience in these areas: field sales, key account, trade marketing, channel manager - access
    • Excellent English and one or more local language
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
