    Required Skill
    Minimum of an advanced degree in related field, and 7 years' implementing int'l development activities under a USG contract (including USAID), and 3 years in senior program management, directly supervising professional and support staff
    Experience in contlict mitigation and management programs, as well as facilitating multi-sectorial collaboration among different technical fields & various stakeholders;
    Experience awarding & managing grants to local organizations; and
    Experience with Early Wanung Systems highly preferred.

    Required Skills
    Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or a relevant field, and 7 years' experience in lJSAID grants design and administration, management and oversight;
    Demonstrable experience managing grants under contracts or sub-grants for USAID or other international donor-funded projects;
    Experience with the administrative, financial, and programmatic aspects of issuing grants;
    Ability to work: with diverse teams;
    Knowledge of US AID regulations as they pertain to grants and procurement; and
    Demonstrable experience building capacity oflocal organizations or grantees.

    Conflict Specialist - Job Code: Nigeria - Conflict Specialist


    Required Skills
    Minimum of advanced degree in international relations, development, or a related field, and 10 years' work: experience in the international development and conflict management;
    Experience and demonstrated expertise in the areas of conflict management and mitigation, post-conflict reconstruction, and democracy and governance within the Nigerian context;
    Knowledge of fragility frameworks, early warning systems, support to peace processes, reconciliation, and/or security sector reform,
    Excellent skill in writing, editing, formatting.research and oral communications, and writing technical proposals for USAID;
    Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

    Monitoring and Evaluation Manager


    Required Skills
    A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field;
    Minimum 5 years' experience designing, managing & implementing results-based M&E activities (including for M&E role on USAID conflict program), & analyzing quantitative & qualitative data;
    Intemational development organization experience &k:llowledge of reporting procedures, best practices, guidelines & tools for monitoring & evaluation, especially impact evaluation, as well as OSG & other donor contract; cooperative agreements, and grant regulations;
    Excellent computer software skills in 'Excel & other data management systems; and
    Experience in sub-Saharan Africa, early warning systems and mobile data collection tools highly preferred.
