ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are consistently introducing new mobile based video products in the global market for both low end and high end mobile devices, and committed to provide an amazing customer experience. As we progress toward bringing mobile videos to masses, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic content assistant manager to join our team who will directly work with content partners to leverage data and user phenomena to create positive, engaging content experiences across products. You have to identify what sells in your region/market and help the company to promote that to maximise revenues. You'll take active participation in developing a Content calendar and make consumption reports to send to the Content Partner.

Responsibilities:

Content Acquisition: Identify & partner with key video content partners in the local market. This includes TV networks, Movie Producets, Music artists & labels.

Industry Networking: Build a strong partner network by building relationship with key industry stake holders such as content partners, telecom operators, handset brands.

Business Profitability: As a custodian of the local content business, Ensure a profitability of content business by balancing new and existing deals.

Market Insights: Analyze the macro and micro trends and share business knights with the senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6 - 12 years of work experience in content buying or content client management.
• Excellent network with senior executives of TV, Music & Movie industry Good understanding of digital entertainment industry.
• Excellent written & spoken communication in Regional Language/English.

REMUNERATION
Salary: As per Industry Standards

Salary components: o Fixed monthly o Performance linked incentive o Expenses related to phone, Internet, Travel shall be reimbursed.
