    Business Development Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify property owners, negotiate with them and enroll their properties into Trulo platform.
    • Maintain and manage relationship with partners (Developers, property owners, landlords, tenants)
    • Manage complex agreements with partners
    • Work closely with cross functional teams (Finance, tech, legal, sales etc)
    • Identify business needs and recommend the appropriate solutions.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bsc
    • Atleast 2 years experience negotiating and managing business relationships
    • Entrepreneurial, self motivated and able to work with minimal or no supervision
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills
    • Have a basic understanding of finance management
    • Experience working in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
