  • Transquisite Consulting - We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager for one of our financial services client who have operations in Port Harcourt. Our client is an award winning bespoke finance company that has extensive years of experience penetrating the market to make them a leader in their sector.

    The objective of this branch is to penetrate their brand in Port Harcourt and the South, and South-West Region. This is key to their development as they spread their operations throughout Nigeria.

    They are currently looking for a Branch Manager to manage the operations in their Port Harcourt branch. The current team is made up of 15 employees with a forecast to expand the team in the near future, so the ideal candidate would be used to managing large teams.

    We are looking for someone who understands business process, a professional who knows how to run a business. The ideal candidate must be a team player as well as a motivator who can drive the team in their various departments to ensure that the branch meets their
    business objectives.

    You will need to understand how a business works and the components needed to engineer change to ensure that all employees are working towards a common goal.

    The current team is made up of Sales Personnel, Administrative Staff, and Internal Control Officers and it is your responsibility to ensure that these departments are working effectively to achieve the brands objectives from the region. 

    • Degree or Masters in Business Administration
    • Experience in Change Management from a business operations perspective
    • Understanding the market trends in the Finance and Banking Sector 
    • Certifications in Leadership, Business, Personnel or related disciplines 
    • Excellent Communication Skills both written and oral
    • Can easily adapt to change, working in complexed environments
    • Demonstrate the ability to manage a business with core operation management skills
    • People Motivator – someone who can engage and motivate a team
