Financial management and reporting: To manage the Companys financial affairs, including management and statutory accounts together with longer term financial projections and to ensure that the most efficient and effective financial control systems and reporting mechanisms are in place.
Human Resources Management: Liaising with clientâ€™s HR partner to effect smooth running of staffs and other ad-hoc duties assigned
To prepare regular salary payments and records, and pension contributions in accordance with relevant statutory requirements.
To ensure the overall smooth running of the Companyâ€™s internal administration including HR matters and its cost-effectiveness.
desirable skills, knowledge and experience, Applicant must;
Hold at least a HND/BSc degree in Accountancy, Finance or Administration.
Have the capacity to work effectively in a team.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing, in English and any other language is a plus
Competency in the use of Microsoft standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Knowledge of SAP S/R would be an advantage.
