  • Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited started with its first production of cookies 5 years ago, desiring to cater to its immediate community. This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000,  got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home-kitchen.

    We are recruiting to fill the position below:

    Sales Administrator

     

    Job Code: SM 16/102

    Job Description

    • Maintaining a database of customers’ information such as sales order, rebate, last purchases, payment and delivery.
    • Raise orders for customers, confirm from accounts department for payment, and liaise with stores for supply.
    • Liaise with distributors’ transport companies to ensure quick delivery of the products.
    • Daily reports of sales activities to the National Sales Manager such as the total sales, delivery, payments, new order, stock level.
    • Ensuring Sales Representatives working tools are ready always such as ID cards, call cards, monthly samples, weekly report etc.
    • Receive and analyses Sales Representatives daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and then submit to the line manager.
    • Frequently call of customers for order taking, payment, delivery, etc, for customers’ satisfaction.
    • Responsible for digital marketing through the handling of the social media section of the company.
    • Controls and monitors the company’s sales drivers for effective delivery, time management and effective coverage of the customers and the territories.
    • Responsible for the company’s sales enquiry phone for handling both new and old customers.
    • Maintains a database for customers’ information system.
    • Feedback to the line manager on customers issues, complaints and market situations.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years relevant work experience.
    • Applicants MUST be resident in Agbara
    • Good knowledge of microsoft office tools such as msword, excel, powerpoint etc
    • Good customer service and possession of people management skills
    • Good attention to details and must be timely
    • Flexible and persistent

    Quality Control Analyst

    Job Description

    • Approving incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable products.
    • Ensure consistent, unadulterated and high quality products.
    • Overall inspection of equipment.
    • Daily hygiene monitory and examination.
    • Real time quality control checks, quality maintenance and quality assurance.
    • Water control treatment.
    • Ensure all staff complies with the product’s standard of operations.
    • Ensure that production and packaging of products are done in line with good manufacturing practice.
    • Ensure that health and safety guidelines are adhered to.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc/HND in Biochemistry or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2years years work experience in similar position
    • Deep Knowledge of cGMP, NAFDAC, ISO and SON requirements
    • Computer literate
    • Proactive, dynamic, visionary and result oriented individual

    Sales Representative

    Job Functions

    • Creating demand for the distributors and sub distributors in the allocated territory.
    • Selling and redistributing of the company’s products in the territory.
    • Effective penetration and coverage of the supermarkets, specifies, chain stores, corporate organizations, etc.
    • Liaising with the distributors and sub distributors to organize, control and supervise Merchandisers and as well maintain their database.
    • Developing sales strategies/plans and achieve performance target.
    • Achieving sales target, growth and market share objective within the territory.
    • Effective customer relationship management and retention.
    • Monitoring, evaluating and supervision of distributors and sub distributors performances in the assigned territory.
    • Enhancement of customers’ payment and re-ordering of the products.
    • Plan the use of resources efficiently and effectively to maximize return on investment.
    • Feedback to the management on competitors’ activities, market situations and customer’s complaint.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years relevant work experience.
    • Applicants MUST be resident on the Island, Lekki or Ajah
    • Proven excellence of sales and target meeting skills
    • Determination and the drive to work towards targets
    • Good customer service and possession of people management skills
    • Good attention to details and must be timely
    • Flexible and persistent
