A bachelor's degree in the Social sciences, good working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law, cognate Manufacturing
industry experience (8+ years) and computer literacy are minimum requirements for this role,
Proven ability of Industrial relations competence, excellent interpersonal relationship skills and maturity will count in favour
of the preferred candidate.
Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria will be an added advantage.
