  • Micheal Stevens Consulting - Our client is a leading beverage company and the pioneer of PET bottled Carbonated Soft Drinks in Nigeria. They manufacture, market and presently distribute seven products in Nigeria and other parts of West Africa.

    They are currently looking to recruit Sales Executives for their Aba and Onitsha branches. The ideal candidates should be working in the Eastern region as a sales executive and should be able to speak Igbo fluently.

    Sales Executives

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver the monthly sales targets
    • Redistribute products within catchment territory
    • Ensure brand visibility
    • Develop distribution channels
    • Implement sales marketing plans
    • Forecast and report on sales
    • Report competitor activity

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent
    • Must have a minimum of  5 years Sales experience in the food or  beverage industry or Fast Moving Consumer goods

    Area Sales Manager

     

    Job Description

    • They are currently looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager for their Aba and Onitsha branches.
    • The ideal candidates should be working in the Eastern region as a sales executive and should be able to speak Igbo fluently.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver the monthly sales targets
    • Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts for the assigned territory
    • Identify, create and execute opportunities to increase sell-in to dealers and sell-out to/from retailers
    • Monitor key dealers’ turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that our SKUs are available and that the dealers reach their targets
    • Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager
    • Co-ordinate with the Logistics/ Warehouse team to ensure that goods are delivered within 24hours
    • Achieve product availability in wholesale and retail outlets at the same level of beverage competitors
    • Monitor activities of beverage competitors(trade and consumer pricing, promo schemes, new products etc)

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent

    Engineering Manager

     

    Job Description

    • The Engineering Manager is responsible for managing a team of engineers in the plant to ensure seamless production process. Production process must continuously be improved to ensure optimal performance and output.

    Job Responsibilities include:

    • Responsible for operational excellence via efficient plant design
    • Manage all engineering projects and resolves engineering problems in the plants
    • Responsible for continuous process improvement relating to cost and quality of production
    • Oversee acquiring new equipment to ensure highest quality
    • Ensure maintenance of the plants
    • Knowledgeable on health and safety standards in line with regulatory policies

    Job Requirements

    • Electrical or Mechanical Based Degree or equivalent.
    • Extensive experience in Production Process.
    • Minimum of 10 years FMCG or Manufacturing Experience.
    • Project Management skills.
    • Able to work in a calm, controlled and effective manner in a fast moving production environment.
