    Based on our recent expansion, WFO Roedl & Partner seeks to recruit Executive Assistant / Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team of professionals.

    Construction Accountant

     

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a focused, efficient, result-oriented individual with strong leadership personality and communication skills. He/She will be expected to have considerable years of experience as an accountant in the construction industry.

    Requirements

    • Basic accounting functions such as invoicing, inventory control, accounts receivables/payables, general ledger maintenance, internal control, dealing with all aspect of taxation and full profit & loss responsibility
    • Real Estate Accounting / Construction Accounting dynamics
    • Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting policies and accounting control procedures.
    • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses.
    • Monitor taxation issues, determine tax liability and tax planning
    • Considerable administrative experience.
    • Strong leadership personality and communications skills.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or any related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years in financial accounting and management reporting in a well-structured organization.
    • Professional qualification must be ACCA, ACA (Or at final level of exams).
    • Direct experience in accounting software like SAP, QuickBooks or SAGE is compulsory.

    Executive Assistant / Learning & Development Coordinator

     

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a focused, result-oriented and resilient individual with a strong academic research background to support the firm in developing business, economic and market research reports and also manage our Learning and Development programs.

    Requirements

    • Self-motivated First degree holders with a minimum of 5-year post-NYSC work experience.
    • Strong academic research experience to support the firm in developing business, economic and market research reports.
    • Strong ability to manage, coordinate, supervise the learning and development team and also manage relationships with external facilitators and clients.
    • Support the Contact Partner in developing Technical Presentations in addition to Research assistance to the Partner.
    • Strong flair for Human Resources, Training & Development and Academic work.
    • Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills.

    Learning and Development Services Executive

     

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a focused, result-oriented and resilient individual with a strong interpersonal relationship skill to develop business strategies for our customized training programs.
    • The individual is to generate business leads for the firm and follow through with closing deals.

    Requirements

    • Self-motivated First degree holders with a minimum of 1-year post-NYSC work experience.
    • Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills.
    • Strong ability to communicate in English with Senior Professionals.
    • Confidence and demonstrated ability to work independently.
    • Marketing experience in any leading local or foreign training organization will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to speak German or French fluently is also an added advantage.

    Remuneration
    Commission based payable upon receipt of revenue generated from personally sourced clients. However a minimum monthly allowance will be offered to cover basic and communication expenses.
