    Marketing/Business Development Executive

     

    Requirements
    A confident, self motivated and result oriented individual with a minimum of ND certificate in any discipline.
    The ideal candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years post graduation marketing experience in business/product development, marketing and client services
    Business strategy & project management
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    Team leadership plus ability to work with minimal supervision
    He will have to be target oriented and ability to meet the sales expectation
    Self confidence, poise
    Willing to take up a challenge
    Sound understanding of marketing principles
    Strive for excellence while staying within acceptable ethical and professional boundaries
    Result focused and goal driven
    Excellent ability to use initiative
    Able to clearly communicate information and ideas in writing and speaking to clients and staff
    Ability to give product presentation to clients and assess the customer requirements

    Job Responsibilities
    Communicating with target audiences and managing client relationships
    Marketing company products and capabilities
    Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies for effective sales initiatives
    Evaluating campaigns and on-going projects
    Focusing on both business growth and clients’ retention
    Prospecting key contact list development to boost sales
    Developing business strategies and achieving performance targets
    Attending to clients’ queries and providing appropriate solutions
    Developing strategies to maximize sales, client satisfaction and retention
    Monitoring and reporting competitors’ activities in order to gain competitive advantage
    To identify the resources required and opportunities to expand product usage and devise plans and strategies for selling into the territory and existing accounts base, to accelerate business volumes;
    To prepare client proposals and provide accurate pricing ensuring that the company price calculator is used at all times;
    To provide accurate and timely business sales forecasts;
    To identify marketing and product requirements and communicate well to appropriate personnel to drive the overall sales process;

    Personal Assistant to the MD/CEO

     

    Responsibilities:
    Provide a full range of confidential personal assistance to the Managing Director and responsible for the execution of secretarial duties, management and organization of Managing Director’s office.
    Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, memorandums, agendas and minutes of meetings.
    Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
    Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving.
    Arrange meetings/conferences; prepare presentations and other related tasks.
    Make travel arrangements for related local and overseas trip.
    Convey, coordinate, supervise, pursue and follow up on the instructions by the Managing Director to the respective management staff.
    To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Managing Director.
    Liaisons with internal departments, subsidiaries, bankers, lawyers and government offices.
    Able to do multi-task, prioritize work and meet tight schedules.

    Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least B. Sc or HND in Secretarial or related discipline.
    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Possessing good communication skills and proficient in both written & spoken in English
    Detailed-oriented, well-organized, courteous, conscientious, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency in completing the tasks assigned.
    Self-motivated with a high level of integrity.
    Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.
    Good working attitude, mature personality, team player and able to work under a minimum supervision.
