• The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate who has that entrepreneurial spirit but is looking for an opportunity to join an organisation that promotes career growth and rewards hard work.
• You should also have proven experience in Market Research, feasibility studies and the development of business plans which is essential for this role
• Working within a small team, you will be responsible for the core field market research at all levels, and the development and maintenance of stakeholders, so your ability to demonstrate working independently is key.
• End to End Project Management would be an added advantage but not a core necessity

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Adminisration, Industrial Relations, Operations or Market Research related degree or masters
• Business Development Experience within a corporate environment
• End to End Project Management experience
• A proven track record in acquiring and compiling primary and scondary data with the objective of converting the data into reports
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to identify and disseminate Quantitive data
• Impaccable report writing skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and Business Relationship Management skills
• Self-motivatior who can work independently as well as part of a team
• Meticulous attention to detail
