    HVAC/Compressor Technician

    Objectives
    Ensuring a smooth day to day running of installed chillers and AHUs.

    Responsibilities
    Ensures smooth day to day running of installed chillers and AHUs.
    Ensures smooth day to day running of installed air compressors.
    Ensures proper recording of the chillers/AHUs/ air compressors parameters.
    Carries out routine maintenance on the chillers/ AHUs/ air compressors
    Carries out planned preventive maintenance on the chillers/ AHUs/ air compressors with clients where contract subsists.
    Monitors all the cooling towers and the chilled water storage tanks.
    Clean filters on all the AHUs and the A/Cs.
    Keeps the daily log of the activities around the plant.
    Follows the laid down procedures in operation of the chillers/ AHUs/ air compressors.
    Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the installations.
    Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department
    Any other jobs assigned by Supervisor

    Reporting To
    Supervisor - Technical Cordination (Utilities)

    Education
    Must posses OND or City & Guild in HVAC or R & A, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or any other related engineering field.

    Experience
    Must have at least 5 years experience working on HVACs and air Compressors with particular reference to GT compressors and water cooled condensers(Chillers)

    Knowledge
    Must be computer literate.

    Skills & Personal Attributes
    Must have a very good analytical and numerical skills.

    Building and Fabrication Officer

    Objectives
    To carry out infrastructure maintenance for all the company building infrastructures

    Responsibilities
    Carries out infrastructure maintenance for all the company building infrastructures with the help of the fitters
    Carries out building/fabrication design and implementation for new constructions and modifications of the existing ones
    Carries out period assessment of all the company building infrastructures and make report for better management decision
    Liaise with the contractors to ensures that jobs contracted are done to the required standards
    Ensures that the contractors and the fitters are working in line with the company safety rules and standards.

    Education

    Engineering Store Officer

    Objectives
    To ensure that there is full compliance with rules and procedures for technical operations in achieving cost effective targets

    Responsibilities
    1. To track and document all spares issues and requests on requisition booklets and Hansa database
    2. To ensure that there is full compliance with rules and procedures guiding stores operations
    3. To ensure that spares are available for technical operations when needed
    4. To ensure that spares received into the store meet set specifications and quality standards
    5. To ensure regular stock count and monitor stock levels for replenishment at the right time
    6. Generate internal orders at the right time and compile stock data such as stock variance, stock holding value etc. for stock report analysis
    7. Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department
    8. Any other jobs assigned by Supervisor

    Reporting To
    Manager - Engineering

    Education
    At least minimum of OND in any Engineering discipline

    Experience
    2 Years Experince in similar capacity

    Engineering Technicain (Electromechanical)

    Objectives
    Ensuring effective maintenance of all electrical and mechanical components

    Responsibilities
    Ensure an effective maintenance of all electrical and mechanical components of the factory machines
    Generate a daily report on all electrical and mechanical faults reported.
    Carry out periodic & preventive maintenance on all electrical and mechanical panels and machines
    Ensure prompt attention to fault and as well as quick detection and correction of technical faults.
    Repair and maintain all coding machines for flexibles and cartons
    Carry out repairs on all electronic and mechanical scales
    Ensure proper maintenance culture, safety of machineries and personnel, as well as good housekeeping.
    Ensure that panels, tools & parts are well kept & managed at all times
    Ensure that the proper and standard operational procedures are strictly adhered to.
    Ensure the proper functioning of machines, its accessories and other factory equipment with minimum downtime
    Installation of new machines and equipments
    Training of production operatives
    Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department
    Any other jobs assigned by Supervisor

    Reporting To
    Supervisor - Shift Engineering

    Requirements

    • Education
    Minimum of Trade Test 2 or 3 or an OND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Workshop craft or Mechatronics
    HND is an added advantage

    • Experience
    Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity

    Sound Knowledge of Production Machines and Operation

    Officer - Quality Assurance (Inspection & Audit)

    Objectives
    To ensure that there is zero level of defects and returns.
    To ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices are adhere to.

    Responsibilities
    1. To carry out quality control checks on filled sachet weight, seal testing, auditing of weight checkers records.
    2. Monitor the environmental condition of the factory, material store and warehouse.
    3. Ensure that all raw and packaging materials for production meets the quality specification.
    4. Liaise with the warehouse to ensure that FIFO rule is applied at all time when materials are supplied.
    5. Ensure always that the right batch codes of raw material are used for the production process.
    6. Calibration of weighing scales to standard specification to avoid error.
    7. Maintain high standards of hygiene GMP within the Factory and surroundings.
    8. Ensure that adequate record of activities during production process is accurately documented.
    9. Random check on finished products at evacuation to ascertain the state of the products before they are released.
    10. Perform GMP inspection and audits of production operatives, production areas and material store.
    11. Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department.
    12. Any other jobs assigned by superior.

    Reporting To
    Supervisor - Quality Assurance, Operations & GMP

    Requirements

    • Education
    OND in Food Technology, Science Lab. Tech.
    HND or B.Sc. in any other Food Science related courses is added advantage.

    • Experience
    At least 2years working experience in a Food and Beverage manufacturing environment.
