Our client is a process engineering company with head office in Lagos and operations in major cities of Nigeria. As it embarks on implementing the next phase of its sales strategy, it seeks to recruit dynamic and results-oriented sales professionals.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the sales & marketing of water treatment chemicals and engineering products and services. You will develop new industrial water treatment business and maintain the company’s technical service programme for clients. You will also monitor projects.
Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry (minimum of 2nd Class lower division), you must have a minimum of 2 years’ technical sales experience. You must possess drive; motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored. Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’, you must have strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation. Ability to work under pressure, working long hours including weekends and willingness to travel to any part of the country are essential requirements for the position.
