    General Accounting Chief

    Job Purpose:

    • Responsible for all General Accounting functions for the business.
    • Reconciliation of all Accounting functions to the General ledger.
    • Management of fixed assets and capitalization

    Responsible For

    • Account Payable
    • Accounts receivables.
    • Fixed Assets
    • Other Accounting Functions

    Responsible to:
    Finance Manager

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Responsible for Accounts Payable functions to include processing all payment invoices.
    • Reconciliation of all Advances and Suppliers Accounts.
    • Responsible for Sales Analyst function.
    • Ensure all related Accounts are reconciled.
    • Responsible for the WHT and VAT computation for remittances.
    • Ensure all transactions are posted on SAGE.
    • Responsible for the intercompany Accounts reconciliation for trade payables and loans with the group.
    • Responsible for SAGE implementation and ensure SAGE is optimised.
    • Responsible for payroll Accounting on the system.
    • Responsible for Fixed Assets and Capitalisation in the book.
    • Interface with the External Audit team during year end Audit.
    • Provide supports on tax issues in the business.

    Qualification

    • Min 6-7 years experience with FMCG Background
    • B.Sc./HND Accountancy and Finance, MBA an added advantage
    • Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
    • Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

    Tax Chief

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible to legally minimise tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations
    • Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms
    • Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the Group.
    • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personnel income tax and GST returns
    • Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group
    • Act as the key point of contact and support for our local and regional taxation matters
    • Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for the Group
    • Manage external tax authorities and consultants locally and regionally
    • Review current and deferred tax provision
    • Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the Group
    • Lead and coordinate ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives locally or regionally.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Accountancy, with CPA qualification
    • Min 6 years’ tax experience in public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred) and/ or MNC handling corporate tax and GST Technically strong with solid knowledge and experience in Singapore corporate tax compliance and GST.
    • Knowledge of International taxation laws and regulations with regional tax exposure in Asia Pacific is advantageous.
    • Prior experience in tax strategy implementation, planning support and project management will be advantageous.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous
    • Possess good business acumen and highly adaptive.
    • Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
    • Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.
    • Fast worker with ability to work well under stress.

    Cost Accounting Chief

    Job Purpose:

    • Responsible for the Costing and Factory functions for the business
    • To supports Agbara Factory and Supply Chain in costing related functions
    • Responsible for costing Landed units’ costs for raw materials and Finished goods.

    Costing of all products for the Business.

    Responsible to:
    Finance Manager

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Developing and enhancing the Cost accounting system with our current ERP software(SAGE)
    • Maintaining accurate Actual costs in all aspects of the production process and ensure that these consistently reflect the true picture. Ensure Cost data is allocated correctly and take corrective action
    • Act as the “costing expert” within the organization and help Supply Chain and Finance to resolve technically challenging costing issues, and ensure consistent costing principles across the different factories
    • Ensure that the Bill of Materials reflect correct usage levels and support investigating any major variances, plus ensure that these get resolved.
    • Responsible for Landed units’ costs for raw materials and Finished goods.
    • Understand and explain the COGS on monthly basis.
    • Reviewing and validating WIP levels on a monthly basis
    • Prepare relevant actionable monthly reports and share with the stake holders
    • Identify Cost reduction opportunities in the factory.
    • Responsible for the monthly stock taking exercise for the business for raw materials and finished goods.
    • Report on the stock valuation and position, risk analysis on SLOBS items and overseeing periodic stock taking exercise
    • Documenting cost Accounting and inventory processes and procedures
    • Responsible for half year and year end stock taking for the business.
    • To Train and monitor subordinates’ activities in the factory.

    Qualification

    • HND/B.Sc. Accountancy and Finance, MBA an added advantage.
    • Min, 5-year experience in FMCG (Factory)
    • Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
    • Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.

    Salary package as per multinational standards.
