    Recruitment Manager

    Key Objectives

    • The recruitment manager is responsible for the recruitment process.
    • The process has to be properly designed and implemented.
    • The manager sets recruitment measurement and distributes the job vacancies across HR Recruiters. The manager builds a healthy relationship with internal customers and external recruitment vendors.
    • The recruitment manager is responsible for the development of the recruitment team in Human Resources, develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
    • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
    • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
    • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
    • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
    • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
    • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
    • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

    Requirements

    • 8 - 10 years recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting experience
    • Proven ability to successfully manage a team is essential
    • Computer knowledge include Microsoft outlook, word and excel
    • Excellent communication skills

    Pharmaceutical Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Would be responsible for marketing hospital equipment, drugs etc, retail and corporate sales of pharmaceuticals
    • To take full responsibility for the successful operation and development of the company’s business within the region
    • To own the tender and sales processes for the region; targeting potential accounts through networking
    • Maintain and develop business with existing customers
    • Establish opportunities for business in prospective new markets
    • To recruit, train, develop and retain the best sales team, providing regular support and guidance

    Job Requirements

    • Experience of team management, sales and marketing essential.
    • Pharmaceutical / medical / healthcare sales experience preferred
    • Pharmaceutical / medical / healthcare sales management experience preferred
    • Ability to successfully lead a team to achieve aims and objectives, through focus, inspiration and motivation
    • Commercial awareness of the pharmaceutical industry and any developments in this sector
    • Identifying and closing performance gaps in the business to achieve maximum profitability
    • Financial Acumen
    • Minimum of 10 Years work experience in a sales position and at least 5 years in a managerial position
    • Science or Business related Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree in business or public healthcare is desirable

    Manufacturing Business Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Would be responsible for driving business performance and deliverables
    • Managing the process and contributing to the development of annual plans/reports, budgets and targets
    • Provide supportive and effective leadership management of staff within areas of responsibility
    • Contribute to the formulation and dissemination of annual plans, monitor their implementation and make appropriate changes within areas of responsibility
