  • The Cromwell Courtyard Hotel is a charming 4 star boutique hotel located in the quiet and leafy setting of GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.
    The Hotel offers tranquility and centrality - situated within ten minutes of the international airport and two minutes of the Lagos Sheraton.

    Marketing Executive



    REPORTING TO: General Manager


    The Marketing Executive is responsible for increasing the hotel’s revenue by selling the hotel’s amenities and services and increasing its clientele through proper implementation of marketing strategies.


    • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Public relations,  Hospitality Management or in any other related field
    • Minimum of 3 – 5 years Marketing Management experience
    • Relevant trainings or Certifications in related field of Marketing
    • Proven track record of previous sales success
    • A strong understanding of overall hotel business, its facilities and policies
    • Good understanding of mass markets with Property Management Systems (PMS) to drive a growing    business
    • Must have the ability to understand global markets that affect the business of the hotel
    • Must have strong decision making skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and manipulative abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
    • Computer skills (word, excel and PowerPoint), etc.
    • Customer service oriented and has passion for the hospitality industry
