The Institute of Credit Administration (ICA) was established as a non-profit organization in 1992 and got its legal status as a body limited by guarantee under the law of Nigeria in year 2002. ICA was created in order to foster development of credit management in Nigeria and Africa, and to ensure that standards are set based on best practices in professional and ethical conducts, as well as provision of services geared toward enhancing skills and capacity building of those involved in credit functions.

Applicant must be a graduate, very smart, lively with strong knack for marketing success and excellent knowledge of Lagos city.
An applicant who does not have the drive to succeed in today's marketing should not apply.
Applicant must be a graduate with good experience on the job; be able to present a good credit report and capable of interpreting audited account/financial statement of companies through application of ratios. Only a credit analyst who is able to write well and speak well in business and financial English should apply.
