The Support Manager role is for a vibrant, dynamic individual interested in gaining expertise in the areas of project management, process mapping and post implementation client support
The position will operate from the BrandWorx Nigeria Hub office in Lagos but will involve the supervision of system technicians operating across different cities in Nigeria
Duties and responsibilities
Support manager for the Company’s fleet tracking system across Nigeria
This entails coordinating the set – up, implementation and management of the system solution (end – to – end) for all Clients in Nigeria
An ideal candidate may also be required to work on multiple briefs/projects at a time as predefined by project requirement
