    Customer Service Representative

    Based in Ikeja, Lagos the hiring company are a fast growing, promotional goods retailer providing their clients with quality products, exceptional one-to-one customer service at affordable prices.

    Job Duties:

    1. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face to provide product and service information
    2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide pricing and delivery information
    3. Set up new customer accounts, process orders as well as credit applications and follow up on customer interactions.
    4. Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
    5. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    6. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    7. Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
    8. Take the extra mile to engage customers

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Listening and Telephone Skills, Multi-tasking, interpersonal skills, communication skills - verbal and written, problem analysis and problem-solving, attention to detail and accuracy, data collection and ordering, adaptability, initiative, stress tolerance
