Location: Based in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. Regular upcountry travel and work will be required (Cross River and other parts of Nigeria when and as necessary).
Reporting to: Country Director
Relationships with others: Will work closely with other CU Programme Managers, the Finance Manager, Implementing Partners and organisations, Government Agencies and other stakeholders as necessary and appropriate.
Job Purpose
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer will have the vision and energy to play a key role in the programme’s senior leadership under the GSF programme in Nigeria, working closely with the Programme Manager WASH and the other Project Managers, to ensure the successful implementation of the projects in his/her portfolio and contribute to the development of the country programme in his/her sectoral areas. From time take responsibility for the operational and strategic management of other programme areas where necessary.
A significant level of effort will be rendered in CU head office in Calabar, in addition to more work rendered in field offices and partner (sub-grantee) offices, to cover all operational systems. Executing this function will mean extensive travel to field locations, however this will be managed through consultation with the Programme Manager WASH

Job Purpose
The Grant Accountant is responsible for designing and maintaining day-to-day financial operations of the GSF grant based on CU's financial and administrative policies and procedures. The Grant Account will be responsible for petty cash of this grant, separate from others, bank and float and advances to sub-grantees, budgetary preparation and forecast, and reporting monthly financial performance

Job Purpose
The Grant Finance Assistant for Benue State is responsible for supporting GSF field staff and sub-grantees in understanding and adhering to GSF-RUSHPIN financial management systems and procedures

Job Purpose
The Internal Auditor is responsible for designing and maintaining an internal quality control system that ensures operational and financial integrity based on CU's financial and administrative policies and procedures and international audit standards. The IA will maintain a review process for continuous assessment of financial and operational systems and their constant improvement, with a view to ensuring transparency and accountability for all project activities.
Location: Based in Calabar, Cross River State, and Makurdi Benue State, with inter State and up country travel required.

Concern Universal Nigeria seeks the services of experienced candidate(s) to support with the implementation of the Global Sanitation Fund programme in Nigeria in the selected States Benue and Cross River, with particular focus on sustainable service delivery in the LGA-wide Community Led Total Sanitation. The Candidate will specifically support the Concern Universal team and the Implementing partners at State level with a view to improve sanitation coverage and hygiene behaviour through a demand-led process, empowering State level Stakeholders to deliver on the Global Sanitation Fund programme objectives and CLTS roll out in Nigeria.

Location: Based in Bekwarra, Obanliku, Abi LGAs of Cross River State, and Gwer. Agatu, Logo of Benue State, with inter LGA travel required.
