    Mobile Device Sales Team Leader

     

    Details:

    Our client is a leading retail marketing company with a project for one of the world’s leading brands for phones, tablets & laptops.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    1) To manage discipline among the team for attendance, working and reporting.
    2) To ensure achievement of targets of the team
    3) To do regular market visits to keep track of on-ground activities and to gather market information
    4) To maintain team motivation and effectiveness

    Requirements and qualification:

    1) Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degrees
    2) 4+ years of mobile device industry sales experience
    3) Retail Experience : We require candidates to have at least 2 year experience of working in a retail store or in any other profile where they have to regularly interact with customers and 2  year of experience managing people in a similar profile.
    4) Team Management Skills : The ability to manage a team and ensure discipline of working, motivation to achieve targets and development of required skills.
    5) Retailer & Distributor Management : The ability to interact with retailer and distributor staff to understand their priorities and concerns, and be able to deliver on the same.
    6) Excel Skills : The ability to analyse and process data related to sales targets, achievement etc. to be able to identify insights and trends and take appropriate decisions.

    In-store Sales Executive

     

    Details:

    Our client is a leading retail marketing company with a project for one of the world’s leading brands for phones, tablets & laptops.

    Job Description:

    The In-Store Sales Executive is the representative of a brand in a retail shop, and is responsible for maximizing the sales of the brand from that shop.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    1. Staff a retail store and interact with consumers who walk in to the store
    2. Meet targets for demonstrations and sales of products
    3. Collect store information such as stock, sales, visibility etc. and report through a reporting system
    4. Report competition information

    Requirements:

    1. Must possess 1+ years of mobile device sales experience
    2. Presentable, having good Communication skills in English
    3. Hard working and goal oriented
