Job description

• Reporting to the Executive Director (ED) Business Affairs, the Manager, Quality Assurance Control will lead and manage the strategic and operational performance of the Quality Assurance Control Department, ensuring the successful delivery of business strategy, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, whilst adhering to regulatory compliance and achieving commercial success.
• He/She will  develop and implement the Quality Assurance Control Department’s strategy, to ensure it meets business requirements and company-wide excellence in performance. 

The position requires the candidate to have: 

• A BSc degree or equivalent from a reputable institution
• Qualification in Quality Assurance would be an advantage

Job description

• Reporting to the Executive Director (ED) Business Affairs , the Head of Finance and Accounts, is a key part of the Group office management team, handling the finances of the organisation. The Head of Finance & Accounts leads a team of accounting officers who manage the finances of the company and its susidiaries.
• This position is primarily responsible for preparing financial reports which accurately reflect the financial status of the organisation. He / She shall administer and review all financial plans and budgets of the organization, monitoring changes, and keeping the ED, Business Affairs and Group Managing Director (GMD) up to date. He / She will also be responsible for leading and coordinating the annual audit process. 

The position requires the candidate to have:

• A BSc degree in Accounting or equivalent from a reputable institution
• A Masters degree in Finance or Business Administration  would be an advantage
• 4 years relevant experience in a similar position
• Membership of at least 1 professional body

The Head of Marketing and Sales is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product/service development programs for companies in the Group. The activities of this position are targeted towards existing and new markets by  improving product/service marketability and profitability, researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. 

This position requires the candidate to have:

• A Masters degree in Marketing would be an advantage
• 5 years relevant experience in a similar position
• Experience in selling creative services would be an advantage

Job description

Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the Executive Director (ED) Business Affairs will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for Group Support Services and Subsidiary operations of the Group. The Executive Director is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the administration and operations of the Group’s subsidiary companies assigned for his/her oversight. He/She will be responsible for the implementation of the Group’s strategic plan, expansion, and execution of its mission.  

This position requires deep knowledge of business operations, business and strategic plans, supervisory and management experience, excellent organization and coordination skills, and marketing experience. The candidate should have:

• A degree from a reputable university
• An MBA would be an advantage
• A minimum of 12 years experience with 3 years exerience in a similar position
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
