- Oversee construction site
- Be the Company Ambassador in Nigeria
- Execute the operational plan
- Recruit, coach, train and manage a local team
- Achieve financial and administrative targets
- Contribute to the sales success with the team
- Ensure compliance of the legislation related to the activity
- Liaise with the local partner
Desired Skills and Experience
- Engineer, MBA or relevant education
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in team, project, operations or business unit management
- You have a significant experience in Africa
- You have excellent managerial skills, very good relationship and a good capacity to listen
- You have a great capacity of adaption
- French language skills a plus
