    Managerial Job Positions 
    General Manager 
    Role holder would provide strategic direction and ensure service quality with exceptional customer experience spread across the business. 
    • First degree in Business management or related discipline with relevant professional qualifications and post graduate qualifications as added advantage. 
    • Capabilities must be demonstrable in Strategic, organisational, negotiation and people management skills with a minimum of 10 years work experience in a similar work environment. 

    Merchandise Manager 
    Role holder will provide capabilities in negotiating, managing, and maintaining contracts -materials and services for timely and cost effective delivery to support company's operations with understanding of alignment with company policies, ethical policies and legal requirements. 
    • First degree in Business management or related discipline with relevant professional qualifications with 7 years work experience in similar work environment. 

    Goods Received Manager 
    Role holder will ensure receipt of Merchandise; are in line with laid down procedures and policies with objective of eliminating stock losses (shrinkage). 
    • First degree in the Social Sciences or Accounting from a recognized university, MBA will be an added advantage with a minimum of 5 years stock/inventory management experience in a reputable retail store-chain and previous experience in a multinational logistics company Supply-chain management 
    • Membership of a recognized professional institute will be an advantage 

    Floor Manager 
    Role holder is responsible for floor activities while ensuring profitable operations by exceeding brand volume and high standards of services are maintained.
    •  First degree in Business management or related discipline with relevant professional qualifications with 5 years work experience in similar work environment. 

    Night Fill Manager
    Role holder is responsible for ensuring all aspects of Materials, Procurement, Strategic Planning and Inventory Management are efficiently and effectively controlled within the pre-determined parameters. 
    • First degree in the Social Sciences or Accounting from a recognized university, MBA will be an added advantage with a minimum of 5 years stock/inventory management experience in a reputable retail store-chain and Membership of a recognized professional institute wi!! be an advantage 

    Night Fill Manager
    Role holder is responsible for managing and developing a marketing strategy with objective of maximising profitable revenue through penetrating strategic accounts and winning new business. 
    • First degree in the Social-Sciences from a recognized university, MBA will be an added advantage with a minimum of 5 years work experience and Membership of a recognized professional institute will be an advantage. Data analysis and interpretation skills required. 

    Human Resources Manager 
    Role holder will contribute to the overall business strategy and develop an HR strategy that supports the company's business objectives. 
    • First degree in the Social Sciences from a recognized university, MBA will be an added advantage with a minimum of 5 years work experience and Membership of a recognized professional institute will be an advantage. 

    Audit Manager 
    Role holder is responsible for providing independent audit assurance to business unit executives on the effectiveness of the control environment in the company and contributing to strategic direction to achieve organisational objectives. 
    • First degree in the Finance or Accounting from a recognized university, MBA will be an added advantage with a minimum of 7 years management experience in a reputable retail store-chain. Membership of a recognized professional institute is required. 

    Finance Manager 
    Role holder is responsible for managing the day-to-day Finance activities of the company, taking responsibility for financial reporting, working capital management, banking, revenue accounting, budgeting and other general finance matters. Incumbent is expected to deliver strong financial control systems within Finance and the rest of the company while exhibiting technical competence and authority in accounting, regulatory and
    local taxation requirements. 
    • First degree in the Finance or Accounting from a recognized university, MBA will be an added advantage with a minimum of 7 years management experience in a reputable retail store-chain. Membership of a recognized professional institute is required. 

    Administrative Manager 
    Role holder is responsible for the following: Plan, coordinate and manage all activities relating to the provision of general logistical support services to office complex; Organize an efficient/effective Janitorial services for the organization and general office Maintenance. 
    • First degree in the Social Sciences from a recognized university, MBA will be an added advantage with a minimum of 5 years work experience and Membership oi a recognized professional institute will be an advantage. 

    Risk Manager 
    Role holder is responsible for the organisation's access control system, loss prevention matrix and Safety standards. 
    • First degree in the Social Sciences or related discipline from a recognized university and professional qualification in Security competencies; 7 years work experience with conflict resolution skills and relationship network in the Security circuits. 

    Bakery Manager

    Role holder is responsible for managing department inventory, in-stock position, pricing integrity,·merchandising and other operational 
    processes to company standards. The incumbent will follow the company sales and production planning standards and ensure the department achieves the standards of performance as outlined in the work plan. 
    • High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience with relevant bakery certifications; must have at least 5 years experience in bakery operations. 

    Butchery Manager 
    Role holder has managerial responsibility for planning, preparing and executing all portioning and ordering of meats and fish in line with specified standards as set by the company. Incumbent is responsible for maintaining organization within the butchery section and the cleanliness and sanitation of both the work areas and equipment: preparation of standard consumer-sized portions and cuts of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish for sale; deal directly with customers is expected to have good customer service skills and strong managerial ability as well as being able to multi-task in a fast paced retail environment. 
    • High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience with relevant certifications; must have worked at least for 5 Years as a Butcher in Hotels, Restaurants; Ability to prepare all meats and fish products specified to company standards: Ability to deal with quality control, production control, meat and fish storing. 

    Restaurant Manager 
    Role holder is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant which includes operational performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls, Food Preparation & Production Administration and Auditing. 
    First degree in the Social Sciences from a recognized university, with a minimum of 5 years work experience and Membership of a recognized professional institute will be an advantage. Knowledge of Health Codes, Safe Food Handling 
    and Sanitation, Safety and Security systems and procedures, computer operations. 

    Other Job Positions 
    Category Buyer 
    Role holder is responsible for purchasing activities of a specific category and is expected to source for suppliers, negotiate, and processes payments while maintaining adequate inventory levers. 
    • First degree in any of the disciplines from a reputable university and willing to travel 

    Check Out Supervisor 
    Role holder is responsible for ensuring staff work to company's standard in satisfying each customer's requirement, enquiry or complaint efficiently. The individual will oversee the tills and checkout operations. Working with the dispatch department to distribute products sold within the various schemes. 
    • First degree in the Social Sciences or Accounting from a recognized university, MBA will be an added advantage with a minimum of 3 years stock/inventory management experience in a reputable retail store-chain and Membership of a recognized professional institute will be an advantage. .

    Night Fill Supervisor 
    Role holder will ensure the following: store is fully refilled/restocked at night; proper placement of items on the shelves, using the pace-outs method and Maintain the first-in-first-out method of shelting process so as to eliminate expiration of goods/items amongst other responsibilities. 
    • First degree in the Social Sciences or Accounting from a recognized university, MBA will be an added advantage with a minimum of 3 years stock/inventory management experience in a reputable retail store-chain and Membership of a recognized professional institute win be an advantage.

    Night Fill Officer
    Role holder provides support to the store in ensuring refilled/restock at night; proper placement of items on the shelves, using the pace-outs method and Maintain the first-in-first-out method of shelting process so as to eliminate expiration of goods/items amongst other responsibilities. 
    • First degree in the Social Sciences or Accounting from a recognised university, MBA will be an added advantage with a minimum of 2 years stock/inventory management experience in a reputable retail store-Chain, 

    Credit Officer
    Role holder is responsible for the following: reviewing and maintaining cash; develop a system of confirmation of receipts by beneficiaries; prepare monthly cash forecast; ensure daily reconciliation of all bank accounts and clearing of all reconciling items within one week.  

    Account Payable Officer 
    Role holder is responsible for the following amongst other responsibilities: Processing all invoices and book all transactions in an efficient, timely and accurate manner and in line with payment policies. 
    • First degree in the Finance or Accounting from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years work experience. 

    Buyer
    Role holder is responsible for aspects of the procurement and ensures effective business relationships with suppliers to support operational requirement 
    • First degree in any of the disciplines from a reputable university and willing to travel 

    Goods Received Officer 
    Role holder is responsible for maintaining the efficient control and administration of stores areas, and ensure all inventory correctly inputted on the inventory system. 
    • First degree in the Social Sciences or Accounting from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years stock/inventory management experience in a reputable retail store-chain. 

    Information Technology Officer 
    Role holder is responsible for coordinating and directing IT operations and initiatives in the organisation. 
    • First degree in the Computer Sciences from a recognized university or related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years work experience and Membership of a recognized professional institutes with relevant IT certifications are required. 

    Customer Service Agent 
    Role holder is 'responsible for serving our customers in a caring and professional manner while serving as first line helpdesk for the functions and will support the Customer Relations manager as the liaison on transactions opportunities. 
    • First degree in any of the disciplines from a reputable university 

    Human Resource Officer 
    Role holder is responsible for the implementation, coordination and provision of an efficient administrative support to the delivery of the Human Resource strategy. 
    • First-degree in the Social Sciences from a recognized university, MBA will be an-added advantage with a minimum of 3 years work experience and Membership of a recognized professional institute will be an advantage. 

    Forklift Officer
    Role holder is responsible for  for the stacking and movement of goods within the shop floor while ensuring safety standards are adhered to.
    • Valid driver's license with Forklift driving certifications. Driving experience a minimum of 5 years.
