    The D&C Contract Engineer shall be responsible for commercial management in respect to all contractual, commercial and administrative 
    issues. and implementing and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in the administration of the contract during all phases of commitment. 
    • Liaise with D&C team to prepare the D&C contracts. Responsible for In contract agreement preparation. 
    • Reviewing and evaluating all third party contractual documentation and identifying and mitigating risks 
    • Participate to the definition of the contractual strategy, taking into account local context. 
    • Participate to negotiation, record minutes of clarification meetings. reply to requests for clarifications 
    • Prepare the contracts using standard forms and electronic platform. 
    • Participate to suppliers and contractors evaluation and follow up on HSEQ responsibilities: 
    Pre-contract (from lTT to contract award) 
    • Ensure that the tender processes are in compliance with Project procedures and particularly the relevant rules involved in Tendering for contracts in Nigeria 
    • Ensure that call for tender documentation and contract documentation comply with procedures 
    • Maintain a tracking of the development of each contract from pre-qualification through CFT, approvals and award 
    • Manage the post contract administration of awarded contracts. including certificates, change orders and closeout dossiers 
    Post·Contract (from contract award to contract closeout). 
    • Provide advice on contractual issues. and prepare / validate all contractual correspondence 
    • Analyse requests for change orders, and prepare / validate change order documents where appropriate 
    • Ensure all contractual certificates and guarantees all are in place and in the due time 
    • Prepare certificates to be issued in accordance with the contract 
    • Coordinate the processing of monthly applications for payment, and verifying invoice submissions 
    • Prepare the contract close out documentation in line with procedure. 

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Degree qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, contract law or similar industry-related discipline. 
    Professional Experience: Ideal candidate will have a minimum 8 years' relevant experience. Good technical knowledge of drilling/completion operations as well as excellent knowledge of drilling contracts management. Supervise subordinates and service companies. Overseas and offshore experience a plus.The ideal candidate should also have Contracts Variation and Claims 
    Management/Defence experience; have the ability to offer flexible approach in handling complex commercial matters. including cost reporting

    • Establish operating procedures and programs to optimize operations and attain targets. 
    • Direct and supervise the activities of assigned personnel in the operations services. both operation production and maintenance. 
    • Analyze and evaluate procedures and equipment and recommends modifications that will improve and or enhance standardization, simplification and safety of procedures and equipment. 
    • Coordinate all startup. operational and maintenance activities 
    • Direct and supervise the activities of assigned personnel in the operations services, both production and maintenance at the level established by Management for this position. 
    • Review and endorse Performance Guarantee Test scope, including division of responsibilities 
    • Review startup schedule and its integration into the Overall Project Schedule 
    • Prepare various operational reports including maintenance activities. providing data on production and operation levels, fluctuations in specifications. problems. quantifying the losses in terms of production etc. 
    • Monitor and follow up on priorities and schedules of work in line with maintenance. 
    • Participate in preparing operations and maintenance budgets. Monitor and control operational expenditure in fine with departmentai objectives. 
    • Provides management services for development and review of technical and operating procedures and specifications to assure compliance with Company and project specifications and requirements 
    • Participates in production reviews during the Engineering Phase and ensures continuity of operational results to site application 
    • Participates in Project risk assessment and assures field continuity to mitigation processes 
    • Manage the Project Execution Groups operational team to ensure all projects and production activities are executed safely. cost effectively and to schedule. delivering facilities fit-fer-purpose meeting the defined safety and quality standards with minimum life cycle costs. 
    • As required, liaise with Technical and Onshore support team in relation to onshore works and acceptance. 
    • Supervise the maintenance of consumable stocks/operating chemicals and materials on site and controls the issue and consumption of such

    • Bachelor Degree in Engineering with Offshore, Operations and production Experience 
    • 10-15 years of major International project experience required 
    • 5 years Supervisory experience in Onshore Plant 
    • He clearly demonstrated strong technical competence in OIMS 
    • Working knowiedge of all relevant of codes and standards and Industry practices 
    • Experience in Oil and Gas well operations including knowledge of completion and down hole equipment is highly desirable. 

    • Ensure that the proper documents and data required for maintenance have been duly obtained and followed up and to also check that the progress measurement gives realistic information. 
    • Control and follow-up the maintenance engineering activities regarding installations of facilities and ensure these actions are in line with scope of work. 
    • Coordinate the preparation and the implementation of data to be loaded in Computerized Maintenance Management System. 
    • Supervise the preparation, review and validate the maintenance dossiers 
    • Support and implement the HSEQ management systems (Plans, Procedures and specifications) 

    • M.Sc/B.Sc or HND with relevant experience 
    • Minimum 10 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, 8 Cognate years experience in the field of maintenance in a supervisory role 
    • Good knowledge of planning techniques and systems, Offshore operations. and maintenance functions 
    • Experience of Maintenance and Inspection of Engineering Contract 
    • SAP/R3 experience and know-how 
    • Knowledge of UNISUP is required. 

    • Prepare and periodically update a strategic development plan 
    • Provide technical input to the dossiers to be submitted for business review
    • Initiate and perform screening studies for potential new developments
    • Assist the drilling group by consolidating the drilling planning within the scope of work 
    • Initiate economic evaluations of the potential projects in relation with the Strategy/Business Unit. 
    • Preparation , follow-up and explanation of pre-development studies budget and performance 
    • Examines and evaluates the cost and schedule control organization. plans, performance and procedures to ensure compliance with the Contract 
    • Reviews and. where appropriate. endorses schedule and cost estimates prepared by contractors 
    • Reports and analyzes cost and schedule trends 
    • Monitors and reports on cost and Schedule implications of changes 
    • Assists site management in developing/reviewing cost and schedule recovery plans 
    • Develops site project control plans 
    • Participates by performing field sampling of progress measurement and reporting activities 

    • M.Sc/B.Sc in Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum Engineering (With requisite petroleum training) 
    • Minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas industry 
    • Excellent understanding of the upstream industry. including exploration. reservoir/Production, facilities and oil treatment, economic evaluations and commercials aspects. 
    • Strong commercial background with the ability to understand and manage relatively complex deals and financial transactions 
    • Knowledge of Project and vendor management 
    • Knowledge of Primavera software 

    • Preparing I maintaining the Project Quality Plan, and managing the development and maintenance of any Sub-Project Quality Plans 
    • Providing input to the Project Organization Plan and assisting in staffing QA personnel for the PT 
    • Ensuring the identification and preparation of PMT plans and Procedures necessary for the implementation of the Project Quality Plan, including the Information Management Plan and procedures for timely project-specific training and induction 
    • Reviewing and approving Project Quality Plan and the Individual Quality Plans of subcontractors, vendors. and sub-vendors (i.e Suppliers) as required 
    • Reviewing and commenting on Control Procedure necessary for the implementation of Project Quality Plan 
    • Reviewing and commenting on Contractors schedule{s) for internal and external technical and quality audits, and the plans for each audit 
    • Ensuring PT reviews and, as required. approves quality deliverables and suppliers (e.g plans, Criticality Ratings. inspection and test plans) 
    • Ensuring procurement documents. including contracts include adequate technical and quality requirements 
    • Coordinating the quality management activities of Sub-Projects (S) / Project and maintaining interfaces with Project, Sub-Project, and Site management to ensure a consistent, effective approach across the Project 
    • Ensuring / conducting scheduled audits of Contractor, Suppliers, and PT to determine the effectiveness of the respective Project Quality Plans / Individual Quality Plans, and stewarding audit findings to resolution and closure in a timely manner 
    • Maintaining a project quality· issues and action items register; and monitoring quality performance and coordinating and reporting Project quality memes to Regional Advisor, PT, PLT, and affected Functions 

    • Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering or Science preferred, or 10-15 years of expelience associated with Quality Management in Quality 
    • Assurance and Quality Control, coordination of quality activities within Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up projects of various facilities in the Oil and Gas Industry 
    Quality management and project management experience; Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors is a plus in particular those involved in the construction of offshore and onshore production facilities. .

      7. STOCK CONTROLLER (Extensive SAP Experience)
      JOB ROLES 
      • Process stock issues for materials required by the Operations team, until physical handover to Logistics for delivery to field. 
      • Track materials returns from field or contractors. and perform relevant input in the data system: integration or reintegration, stock transfers, and issues to contractors when inspection, repair or assembly or tests are needed, in close coordination with the Operations Stock Controller. 
      • Follow materials storage conditions in coordination with Operations warehouse team, and initiate actions when inspection, repair and storage location moving are needed. 
      • Participate to internal and external audits, and take necessary actions as instructed by his hierarchy. for tracking materials, searching related documentation and processing regularizations. 
      • Perform periodical stock inventory control of materials stored at the warehouse, pipe yard or contractors facilities, issue reports and 
      • follow subsequent actions as instructed by his hierarchy, 

      • A minimum of 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry including knowledge of Drilling, Logistics and Procurement activities. 
      • A minimum of 3 years experience with SAP / Materials Management (MM module)

      JOB ROLES 
      • To set the Engineering Organization Chart in line with the demands of the Project, to recruit adequate resources and to efficiently manage the engineering team to ensure the required quality of the UFR deliverables. 
      • Ensure design consistency and continuity throughout the UFR packages facilities (Flowlines, Risers, Tie-in to subsea equipment and FPSO, Buoy and mooring lines installation, FPSO anchors design, Linepipe supply, Umbilical ,etc.). 
      • Ensure the required coordination and interface management system & resources to have a full consistency and coherence in the Basic 
      • design studies as defined in the interface matrix. 
      • Attend major interface meetings, internal and external with FEED Contractors, Packages Contractors, Vendors, specialists, Partners experts, etc. lead interface and other technical meetings as required. 
      • Ensure that HSE requirements are systematically considered all along the interface management process and in particular that 
      • interfaces are properly addressed during HAZID/HAZOP/PTR project audit 
      • Support and implement the Project HSEQ management system (plans. objectives. procedures and specifications)

      • BSc/MSc in engineering that relates to industry at large and preferably to Petroleum industry activities (such as Mechanical Engineering. Wells & Drilling Engineering, Controls, Ocean & Subsea Engineering) 
      • Professional Experience of relevant 10 to 15 years in Oil and Gas Production Projects with a sound knowledge of oil & gas multi- discipline technical background in deep offshore production facilities engineering & construction, complemented by general knowledge
      • experience concerning the integration of subsea system surface equipment (risers, umbilical's. subsea control systems. hydraulic systems, etc) with the surface production facilities. 
      • Participation in FPSO and Subsea project engineering studies. 

        JOB ROLES 
        • Assist the SPS Engineering Manager in preparation of the Basic Engineering (BE) Design Dossier and Call for Tender (ITT) package for the SPS. 
        • Provide specialist support for supervision of Subsea Control System related elements of the SPS. 
        • Participate to tender evaluation of CFT responses and in preparation of the Recommendation To Award (RTA). Effect successful manufacture and testing of all Subsea Controls equipment purchased. 
        • Monitor and advise on Third Party Procurement and compliance of same with project Requirements. 
        • Liaise with other disciplines (particularly Manifolds. Trees end Installation and Work Over Controls System -IWOCS) and Packages (UFR, FPSO, Drilling and Field Operation teams) to ensure Cross-package and inter-contract compliance and consistency in installation and operation. 
        • Review and comment on detailed design documents to ensure consistency 

        • The candidate will be a Professional Engineer 10 to 15 years experience in Subsea Control Systems equipment, including topsides as well as underwater located components. Previous experience of Company { Operator Representation during FEED I Basic Engineering 
        • Studies is a distinct advantage 

        JOB ROLES 
        • Reviewing design specifications. calculations, reports. drawings. etc and interface with other engineering disciplines in a multi-task environment 
        • Reviewing computer-aided civil and structural designs and analyses as prepared and reported by design team 
        • Knowledge of Front End Engineering and detailed design and tracking design changes 
        • VerifIcation (at site) of existing facilities and existing drawings, including coordination of site of site surveys 
        • Participate in Risk Assessment and Constructability reviews of engineering deliverables

        • B.Sc or higher degree in civil engineering and a registered Engineer 
        • 10-15 years of Oil and Gas production facility mechanical/design experience 
        • Strong bias and experience in foundation design for heavy machinery 
        • Good working knowledge of relevant API, ASME, ANSI, TEMA, NACE, UlL, NEC, IEC, IEEE, NAMUR) national and international 
        • standards and recommended practices. 
        • Offshore Oil and Gas production facility design and software experience. 

        JOB ROLES 
        • Perform internal and external visual inspections of pressure vessels and piping. 
        • Perform CWI inspections on piping, welding and structural. (steel. hangers, structures) including data reports (R·1's), re-rates, hydros, PQR's, WPS's, NDE, fabrication, installation and repairs per ASME, NBIC, API or AWS. 
        • Will coordinate and plan NDE work. Responsible to direct the NDE personnel. 
        • Coordinate the required corrosion thickness surveys, import the results into Visions, review/analyze the results and make recommendations 
        • Prepare/ update/follow Long Term and annual painting campaigns. 

        • Certified in accordance with the API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspection Codes, API 570 Piping Inspection Codes and preferably API 653 Tank Inspection Codes as well. Additional API certificates will be a plus. 
        • AWS/CWI or CSWIP Certification 
        • Ten (10) years certified stationary equipment including boilers & pressure vessels and piping systems inspection experience required.
