Job Details

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the workers engaged in packaging products in line with company's specification
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the packaging section
• Ensure that products are packed based on orders
• Assist in instilling discipline in the packaging staffs
• Ensure proper organization of the packaging area and avoid pileups of products around the conveyor and tray
• Maintain personal hygiene for all the packaging staff.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years of cognate experience
• Ability to manage people in achieving desired results is a must
• Leadership, Organization and communication skills are highly required
