The company is seeking a qualified candidate to join in the company’s journey of establishing the brand in the Nigerian market. The ideal candidate is excited about bringing new products and ideas to customers, as well as having high emotional intelligence to interact regularly with potential clients and customers. The ideal candidate is hard working, has integrity, is dynamic, confident, driven, self-motivated, takes initiative, is results oriented and enjoys challenges.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in sales and marketing, and the FMCG sector in Nigeria. Applicants must have prior experience and must demonstrate:
- Creative thinking and problem solving
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Support the MD in driving sales and marketing through lead generation
- Manage all administrative tasks associated with customer engagement, retention and supply
- Market products to prospective customers across different industry sectors
- Collate feedback from clients and produce analytical information to drive sales
- Ad hoc marketing events, and social media contribution
- 2-3 years in a sales and marketing role ideal
- Strong project management or organisational skills
- Excited about working in a semi-structured environment where taking initiative is a must
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
