• Suitable candidate will be responsible for driving business development and undertake full spectrum of human resource consultancy assignments by leading from the front.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: prospecting for new clients and converting them to actual incomes.
• Relationship Management: fostering mutually beneficial business relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities/areas with them.
• Getting bids from clients and executing them seamlessly in line with our service quality creeds.
• Managing team performance and ensuring team members are adequately engaged.
• Advising management on better ways of delivering consultancy services efficiently.
• Performing other assignments as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Managing Partner.
