    Hosting Digital Marketing Manager, VAS

     

    Job description

    1. Establish campaign methodology and process for Hosting Project based on deep understanding of mobile internet and telecom VAS (Value-added Services) channel marketing.
    2. Support hosting service business development and hosting service operation solution, business case development, commercial negotiation and communication.
    3. Monitor and analyze digital services adoption trends, operation data, provide promotion suggestion, communicate with respective team or department to coordinate operation flow.
    4. Support hosting projects in terms of delivery plan, key milestone assessment as well as project governance.
    5. Focus on digital service adoption techniques not limited to traditional VAS promotion channels , and provide improvement suggestions on campaign methodology
    6. Organize digital media promotion activities, provide and implement promotion plans, and manage promotion channels.
    7. Support financial and settlement work flow.
    8. Effective communication with executive customers.
    Desired Skills and Experience
    1. Experience: 7- 10 years in the digital services department of Telecom industry, Internet Company or VAS service provider.
    2. Required skill:
                      a)      End-to-end service operation process understanding
                      b)      Business Development
                      c)       User experience enhancement, data analysis, digital media content management
                      d)      Marketing of Digital Services
                      e)      Good understanding of on-line channel marketing methodology (Banner Ads, social media etc)
             3.  Result-orientated, passionate and a team player.
             4.  Language: Proficiency in verbal and written English.
             5.  Good communication skills.

    Value Chain Manager

     

    Job description

    1. Deeping understands the needs of whole Value Chain management.

    2. Establish Digital service Value Chain roadmap, milestones and making influence on the value chains to meet Hosting content and revenue target.
    3. Understand the digital service development trends and work out proposal on related digital service.
    4. Build content & promotion plan and implement to achieve revenue target in the responsible area with operation team’s supports.
    5. Implement Hosting go to market strategy in the responsible fields.

    6. Manage the partner relationship and organize the quarterly conference of partners. Coordinate and work with technical and operation team to solve partner complaints.
    7. Collect data to establish a database to update, maintain and evaluate digital service development trends, in order to support identifying new business opportunities. Conduct initial analyses as necessary and requested.
    8. Provide timely weekly & monthly industry report to supervisor and team members. 

    Desired Skills and Experience

    1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electric information, business and marketing.
    2. Working experience: 7-10 years and above working experience with internet, telecom fields or SP/CP, End-to-end service operation process understanding, Content Management and operation experience is preferred.
    3. Computer skills in Microsoft office, basic skills in English reading and writing. Good communication ability.

    Hosting Operation Manager (Digital Service, Video, Game and VAS)

     

    Job description

    1.    Establish operation methodology and process for Hosting Project based on deep understanding of mobile internet and     telecom VAS (Value-added Services) operation.
    2.   Support hosting service business development and hosting service operation solution, business case development,  commercial negotiation and communication.
    3.   Dedicate in particular hosting service operation work, provide operation plan and implement routine operation flow.
    4.   Monitor and analysis service operation data, provide promotion suggestion, communicate with correlative team or department to coordinate operation flow.
    5.   Support hosting projects in terms of delivery plan, key milestone assessment as well as project governance.
    6.   Focus on users’ experience, provide service UI and logical flow improvement suggestion, support contend editing and  promotion work, regard to service platform operation status reported by technical engineer and implement appeasement  scheme when meet platform fault.
    7.   Organize market promotion activities, provide promotion plan, manage promotion implementation and channels.
    8.   Support financial and settlement work flow.
    9.   Effective communication with executive customers.
     
    Desired Skills and Experience
     
    1.    Experience: 7 years in the market department of Telecom industry, Internet Company or VAS service provider.
    2.    Qualifications:
                 a) End-to-end service operation process understanding, Content Management and operation experience is preferred
                 b) Proof record for service business development
                 c) Be expert in whether user experience improvement, data analysis, content management or user market promotion is preferred
    3.    Result-orientation, passionate and team spirit. Global business management experience is preferred.
    4.    Language: Proficiency in English in verbal and written. Good communication ability.
