    Sales Executive, Construction Chemical


    Principal Responsibilities

    • Market and Sales of Construction Chemicals through architects, Structural Consultants, design consultants, construction companies, Flooring and Waterproofing Application
    • Sales of Construction Chemicals through Channels Develops a business plan and sales strategy to corporate clients that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
    • Development of new customers
    • Delivery and collection of money from Sales
    • Daily Report of Sales activities
    • Achieve set target sales for the month

    Educational Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering , Chemical Engineer, Science with Chemistry stream
    • Candidate must have minimum of 4 years experience in the sales of construction chemicals, cement and building materials.

    Sales Engineer


    Job Description

    • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
    • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
    • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
    • Calculating client quotations
    • Negotiating tender and contract terms
    • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
    • Offering after-sales support services
    • Administering client accounts
    • Analyzing costs and sales
    • Preparing reports for head office
    • Meeting regular sales targets
    • Recording and maintaining client contact data
    • Co-coordinating sales projects
    • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
    • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
    • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
    • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
    • Solving client problems
    • Helping in the design of custom-made products
    • Providing training and producing support material for the sales team


    • Candidate must be a graduate of electrical electronics.
    • A degree in electronic engineering is a must with 5 to 10 years Products Sales Experience.
    • Candidates must have experience in Sales of Inverters, Solar panels, electrical switches, generators or any electrical products.
