    Job Description

    • Employers expect that import-export managers maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors and government agency representatives.

    Manufacturing Chemist

    Job Description

    • Must have extensive education / experience in technical and chemical background.
    • Should be able to conduct qualitative and quantitative process parameters analysis like - Viscosity, Specific Gravity, pH, Perfume evaluation and product aesthetic evaluation - Colour, Transparency and Texture etc.
    • Ensuring accurate amount is mixed in each batch.
    • Maximizes safety, environmental, and efficient performance, actively promotes continuous improvement activities; qualified on multiple jobs.
    • Ensure KPI’s are met including NAFDAC, SON, Quality, Productivity, ISO 9001 and all project activates
    • Reports incidents; ensures all assigned Quality, GMP, NAFDAC and SON formats are accurate, complete and appropriately addressed (as needed)

    Requirements

    • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP.
    • Willing to work in shifts as per the need.
    • Must have analytical reasoning ability and understanding on immediate containment, Correction, Corrective Action and Preventive Action.
    • Must be well organized and able to solve problems.
    • Must have knowledge of operating Viscometer, pH meter, Specific gravity, Moisture analyzer etc.

    Job Description

    • Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
    • Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
    • Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as line managers, sales personnel and senior managers at board level;
    • Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important;
    • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
    • Planning, directing and delivering training and development programmes including staff inductions, to accomplish the organisation’s goals
